Enhanced Physiology:
Due to his mother's super soldier serum , his DNA was slightly mutated and after further experimenting done on him his physiology changed even more and he has gained various enhancements from it.
Enhanced Intellect:
Tyler's mind has been enhanced to be 9 times faster than the average human, his mind is a super computer built for problem solving. He has perfect memory and perfect timing and can perform multiple calculations in the midst of stress and fatigue yet still perform the task perfectly.
Enhanced Reflexes:
Tyler possesses enhanced reflexes, flawless dexterity and coordination. His reaction speed allows him to automatically and casually dodge point blank gunfire from multiple assailants.

Connor trained his son in the ways of bowshooting , also recieving additional training from his grandfather as well as some other masters around the globe it is safe to say that Tyler is a master archer nearly on par with his grandfather. Capable of shooting moving targets while moving himself with seemingly no loss of accuracy.

Natasha and Connor both chose to train their son in martial arts from a young age it became clear to them that he was a prodigy, mastering most things after just seeing them once and picking up at an extremely fast pace. First being trained by both his parents and extended relatives and later on while he wandered the world training with various other masters Tyler has recieved training from Deathstroke , Black Widow , Winter Soldier , Captain America , Red Arrow , Green Arrow , Richard Dragon and several others. Tyler is currently one of the very few who has mastered the Falling Leaf Technique. His baby, a modified Lexus GX 460 SUV Tyler had some of his contacts modify it , it's bulletproof and has an onboard computer, now should anything happen to his car he would pretty much torture the one responsible in unimaginable ways. For missions he mostly uses his other baby , a jacked up Kawasaki Ninja.
Personality:
While his father , Connor was a humble man who was raised in a monastry and was very calm and collected Tyler is not like his father in almost any way. In fact he takes more after his grandfather than his father with a similiar snarky attitude and womanizing streak. While he was often at odds with his father , he was very close with his mother and even more so with his brother. Tyler is typically laid back, sarcastic , self-centered and can get pretty annoying to some people. He is constantly flirting with the woman around him and constantly challenging the men around him in some way , his devil may care attitude often gets him in trouble but he seems to get out of them just as fast in some weird way.
Though Tyler is a ladies man he prefers to not get emotionally involved with them or anyone else for that matter , he keeps people at arms length and is distrustful of them. He also does not like showing his true emotions and often wears a facade pretending to be the arrogant and wise cracking playboy. Despite his seemingly villaneous actions , he is a man who walks the line between good and evil , he kills for hire but he has a code that he will adhere to and will not take contracts that require him killing children. At times he will go back to his old heroic persona and help heroes out if the situation calls for it.
Tyler has alot of trouble with authority ,like when he was on a mission with his father when just 15 years old and he just left to lose his virginity to the daughter of a well known gangster. His contractors and superiors are always annoyed by this part of him and it is also one of the reasons he rarely works with anyone as he will only work with someone he deems capable.
Behind all of his sarcastic humor and wit lies a bit of a darker side though, a man who has lost pretty much everything and who has done unspeakable things. When his parents were killed and he was freed by Slade , he spent the next year hunting the men responsible down and tortured them before killing them. Deep down he is just a hurt man with no healthy way of letting his emotions out opting instead to bury them deep inside.

History:
Tyler Hawke was born 26 years ago to Connor Hawke and Natalia Romanova .They were both stranded on an island just off the coast of Africa when it happened and after some time together they developed romantic feelings for each other , when they were rescued and some medical tests were run on them they found out something that would change their lives forever Natalia was pregnant with twins! They moved in together and Natalia temporarily gave up her heroics during and the year following the pregnancy she would take it slow.
Two baby boys were born and they couldn't be happier, the two married when the boys were 4 years old and it seemed like they were a happy little family. But things changed when Tyler was kidnapped by some unlucky thugs who had no idea who's child they had just kidnapped and Tyler saw his parents as their alter-egos. They decided it would be save to teach Tyler and his brother how to defend themselves and there began his journey. They learned many things from their parents and family members and Tyler was pretty happy but he grew up different than his parents had hoped. He was a free spirit and a rebel , always going against the orders and doing whatever he pleased.
At age 15 he followed his father donning one of his old suits during a patrol even though his father told him he was not ready yet. After Connor infiltrated a gangsters mansion and ordered Tyler to keep watch he pretty much ignored his father's orders and went in through the gangster's daughters room but she was a bit older and actually fancied Tyler so he lost his virginity to her.
His boldness and rebellious nature often angered his father but they were still close , Natalia decided she would also go out on patrol again so she could help keep an eye out for her sons. But the first night the four of them went out would also be the last as they were captured by a clandestine organization that were trying to create their own super soldiers , Connor died first from complications and Natalia died shortly after. Tyler was the last to undergo the operation and was in extreme pain for days until an assassin came who was sent to kill the researchers this assassin was none other then Deathstroke himself. During this Tyler and James managed to get free but shortly after the base exploded and Tyler managed to get away in the nick of time. Later when SHIELD came along they found James , nearly dead and hanging on by a thread and took him in, believing everyone else present to be dead. Both Tyler and James had faked their own deaths and both would go their own way , unaware of the other being alive.
Tyler stumbled towards Deathstroke who told Tyler the who was behind all of this and told him to get his revenge and then come and find him as he would give him a purpose. When he finally captured the men he tortured them inhumanly and then killed them all Tyler decided he needed to find himself and left on a journey, the first few months he went to the same island as his grandfather had once been stranded on. After that he went to Japan for a year and studied under a samurai master eventually earning the title himself , he went to Russia for a few months and got into a relationship with a former spy and they worked together as mercenaries. When she broke up with him for another man he decided he wanted to join the American Army, the Navy more specifically and rose to the rank of Petty Officer and became a Navy SEAL. He was in the army for 3 years before being dishonorably discharged for maiming a fellow soldier who he caught raping a woman.
After his time in the army he travelled even more , reaching out to several well known martial artists and training under them as well as working some odd jobs here and there. At the age of 23 he would go back and searched for Deathstroke hoping to find this purpose, when he found him he took him in and trained him to become his replacement. Tyler did well and acted as Ravager for a while but decided that he needed to become his own man and left Slade on good terms when he took the name Ranger and became a man for hire, for the highest bidder.
