His mind is much more powerful than a normal human and he processes the world in a different manner which is described as; the most efficient and flawless manner. He can process an unlimited number of information and can identify all variables in a situation. He can gather any kind of knowledge and skill in extremely short time and retain this information. His timing is perfect and his mind works perfectly even when under stress or fatigue.

Sam can perfectly and instantly remember everything he has ever heard , seen , smelled or felt and will never forget anything. His mind has unlimited storage and he can retrieve any information in seconds. He can play back a situation in his head as if he is living it again.

Personality:
Samuel is a complicated individual, he is intelligent , stubborn , childish, sarcastic , narcissistic , arrogant , calculating and cold. He seems to care little about people except those who are close to him. He is a criminal who enjoys his schemes and views it as a game. He is a high-functioning sociopath and has found it very difficult to relate to basic human emotions , though he has emotions and can understand them he doesn't know WHY he has them and what their purpose is. He is someone who requires constant challenge and stimulation and is always looking for something to do or to prove himself.
He suffers from DID(Dissociative Identity Disorder) , to him it feels like he is thinking as several people , several 'versions' of himself all with their own traits and personalities. He is unable to see some social norms and doesn't care for them as they are illogical to him , this makes him rather crude and tactless and make him appear somewhat cold. He is manipulative and often makes people do what he wants using a variety of psychological tricks.
Though despite all of his bad traits he does have some good one's most notably his pacifism, Samuel despises violence and will only resort to it if there is no other choice. He would rather outwit or outrun an opponent before fighting them and rarely engages in it. He also is against killing unless absolutely necessary. He is also loyal to a fault to those he deems his friends, he has a hard time bonding on a personal level but when he does he will do anything to protect them.

History:
Samuel was born as one of many, an experiment of the High Evolutionary who was trying to create a new breed of super intelligent soldiers for him. His mother was married to a man who was incapable of having children so they decided to adopt a child. The High Evolutionary had planted several genetically modified children around the world and Sam was one of them , chosen because his mother was a very smart individual with no close relatives which meant that his child would have few influences that could potentially hold him back from doing the High Evolutionary's bidding. Shortly after he was adopted her husband died of cancer and she was left to raise Sam alone, this proved an extremely difficult task as from a young age the boy showed signs of extreme intelligence but had found it difficult to connect to the world around him.
He grew up in London and had no friends to speak of, while other children were playing outside he was reading and understanding complex books that he got from the university where his mother was working as a librarian. He often went with her to work in his free time and read all the books he could, his mind was expanding but he had trouble with socialising and remained reclusive. At an early age of 4 he deduced that he was adopted but to his mother's disbelief did not care at all as he felt no sentiment to parents he didn't know. He chose to hide his knowledge and when in high school he pretended to be an average student. He never knew his father and grew up with only his mother in the picture and though she wasn't as smart as him he still cared for her.
Life was pretty normal for Sam, in high school he had finally made friends two other outcasts at the school, a Moroccan immigrant and a stoner. Sam taught his immigrant friend English and they noticed how smart he actually was. Together they spent most of their free time playing video games and doing drugs or just hanging on the street corner. Samuel's life would change forever though when his mother fell down the stairs and died from a broken neck. Sam was broken since he was only 17 years old and had no idea what to do with his life now he resorted to a life of crime. His friends joined with him at first and they worked from small time drug rings and pickpocketing but when Sam got bored with petty crimes and started doing bigger things they eventually drifted apart.
Sam was approached by the High Evolutionary who told him the story of his creation and purpose, the High Evolutionary told him that he had big plans for the boy when he reaches his prime and told him to prepare , promising him that he would give him knowledge beyond of anything he could imagine in exchange for his help. In the meantime Sam was determined to find someone who could give him a run for his money and figured what would be best, he wanted to leave London went to the United States where he could be challenged. he entered the city with no money in his pocket but on the first day he managed to scrap money together by finding one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, using the reward money he bought several stocks in Wall Street which were sure to double in price in a few weeks. With whatever he had left he went to an illegal poker game and made enough money to buy himself a nice appartment and set him up well for the next months or so. But Sam found this to be dull and longed for adventure and the fear of getting caught, he resorted to crime again in the form of fraud , theft , forgery and other non-violent crimes. Constantly seeking the challenge he needs and waiting for the High Evolutionary to start whatever plans he has for him
